We had our fireplace cleaned and service today. The guy was very nice, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and did a great job!

This company has been wonderful to work with.  Yes, you may need to leave a voicemail but they get back to you in a timely manner.  I have only had the pleasure of dealing with Braxton in person.  He is a friendly, competent and respectful young man!!  I will use this company again for any problems and/or cleaning of our fireplace!
