Still the same EXCELLENT service after 20 years! Returned to this great store for parts and advice. Received both from the expert staff, especially from Adrienne and Steve! All my questions were answered and I am thrilled with my fireplace insert. Thanks so much for the continued great support and service. Your lovely showroom and expertise are staples that we have counted on over the years. Thanks also for the Covid precautions that made my stops at the store safe.
When we purchased our brand new home, our builder elected to purchase an electric fireplace through the Fireplace Gallery. We had zero say in the matter. The fireplace has never worked properly and has a fair bit of a delay. A gentleman from the Fireplace Gallery was brought out by our builder in the first year of owning our home to clean the unit as drywall dust had fell into the unit. The gentleman who came out noted the delay and that it was not normal. He did not offer any further information aside from “watch it”. 2.5 years after purchasing our home, and hardly using the fireplace the entire unit has crapped out. My husband and I have been trying to contact the store for some assistance for a week. The first time we made it through we were told we would receive a call back, multiple days have passed and we have not gotten a call back, or had our messages returned. Don’t waste your time here, they don’t care, and apparently their products are bottom of the barrel too.
These people are a rip off.. we bought a fire place from them and had them install it and in good faith thought everything was good..only to discover a few year later that it was not even installed as per code and they would not even fix or stand by there instillation. Too bad there is not a zero star option.
I drove from out of town to your store last Saturday because your website says you are open on Saturdays from 10am till 3pm. When I arrived your store sign says you are closed on Saturdays! Brutal!
Bought a awesome wood stove to replace a Regency fireplace insert. The old Regency was fantastic. Looking forward to my new Regency Cascades F2500. The new technology promises increased efficiency, longer burn times and less emissions. This is going to be a WARM winter!!!
We have used this company for fireplace maintenance and found them very professional. They are very knowledgeable and taught us a few things about our fireplace. They did not try to oversell their services. I would highly recommend this company for all you fireplace needs
I would Highly recommend the Fireplace Gallery. I have now have two installed both from them and they have provided nothing but exceptional service. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. if i ever need any other fireplace services I will 100% be a repeat customer.
Called about gas fireplace that had stopped working. They diagnosed the issue over the phone failed switch on the wall so a quick trip to Home Depot for a new switch and the fire was working again. They could easily have sent out an engineer and billed $$$ for something easily fixed. Very nice to find a business that's honest and helpful!
Nice store. Friendly helpful staff. Can't say if their prices are cheaper than other places because we really didn't look around had bought another fireplace years ago and just went there first. The showroom Ian huge but it features most of their product. Kind of a specialty item but I'd recommend.
