Ridiculous fee's, poor customer service and heaven forbid the online banking actually works and is accurate! It's ironic they disabled their Facebook customer posts because the ratings continued to fall and complaints continue to raise. Can't wait until we are able to transfer banks!

Loved them until the first time I had to call customer service after hours. 2 operators and 39 minutes and counting, to do a simple savings to checking transfer. Seriously considering my options at this point. Update..... It was 1 hour and 8 minutes total talk time. With anastia, ann, and I didn't get the supervisors name. Still no resolution. See you tomorrow to change a few things up.... Pretty disappointed in firelands federal credit union at this point. .... kinda felt like I was dealing key bank again. Wonder if PNC has online checking????? Bet they can answer a phone and perform a simple transfer. Or at a minimum ask for my name which anastia failed to even ask for.

You would think, no matter how you, the customer, are talking to an institution that is doing a service for you, they wouldn't call you a "child" and then blatantly hang up on you.

I have had my same bank account at this bank for 21 years, now Im getting charges everytime I deposit a Check. It would actually be cheapper for me to cash my checks at places like walmart and meijer instead of my own bank. I get charged a $5.00 fee on every check I deposit regardless of the amount of the check. So when my small children get a $5.00 check from great grandparents at easter and halloween the entire check will disapear to this $5.00 fee. Everytime my husband and I have asked about this fee we get different answers ... your savings has to have $50.00 in it .... your savings has to have a average of $50.00 deposited to it ... or my favorite I dont know why there is a fee thats just the way it is ... No matter which of the above answers I have been charged the $5.00 each and every time. I participate in Relay For Life and when doing fundraisers I have the checks made out to myself and just write one large one, Now Im paying $5.00 for everyones checks to me that arnt even mine to keep. I havnt checked yet but they probally take $5.00 every time my direct deposit payroll goes in. This bank has made a huge profit off of me!!! If you see this bank grab your money in run because they obviously have no problem taking it off of your hands for you!!!!!!!!! Moving Money Elsewhere And FAST!!!!
