Super high quality sandwiches! Great quality ingredients that make the entire sandwich a showstopper. Love the theme of the chain and the message they stand for. Service is great and interior is always clean and up to par. The only thing is that everything on the menu is a bit pricey. You pay for quality I guess. Definitely considering these a treat if I were to return. Love the meatball sandwich and pickle on the side.
This place is awesome. Much fresher and better quality than subway, especially the protein/meat options is where it really differentiates from other places. I feel much fuller going to Firehouse and ordering a large, compared to a footlong at subway. Also, the toppings and meat are portioned generously.nWill come back again
First time to this place picking up supper for my family. The service was quick, polite, and engaging. The staff were eager to talk about the product and very respectful of comparisons to the competition. They offer a variety of subs. The fan favorite is the meatball sub and is the best seller. The staff favorite was the Italian sub so I'm gonna try that next. Great experience and amazing staff at this location. Might make this a weekly spot.
I rarely write reviews for where I go to eat. However, this place is more than review worthy. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the sandwiches are absolutely mouthwatering. Whether it was meat or veggie, Firehouse Subs did not disappoint. 10/10, 5 stars. Definitely would come again!
Fairly expensive and a long wait, but the food itself is pretty good.nnTook about 15 mins for our order to be made which seems a bit insane for like a subway/quiznos style sub shop. There were only 2 other customers in the whole place so it wasn’t like there was a massive queue or anything.nnThe ordering process was also a bit bizarre. We were sent to sit at a table and given a number, but no opportunity to add toppings… I guess when you order you have to say what you want on it? Couple have sworn I’ve been to other Firehouse locations where you stand at the counter and add toppings as they make it, again like a typical subway/quiznos. So our subs came with just meat and bread which was, fine? I guess?nnThe quality of the meat itself is fairly good, and you’ll leave full, but for 2 subs, 1 drink and 1 bag of chips it was $47…. Which seems absolutely insane to me growing up with $5 foot longs for anyone who remembers those promotions haha but I guess that’s just the state of things these days. Maybe?nnProbably wouldn’t go back. $47 goes a long way elsewhere. Service staff was nice enough.
