Hot sandwich was barely warn. Too much BBQ sauce. Cheese was barely melted. Again because the sandwich was barely warm. BUT, I'll probably be back to try a different sandwich.
Love their subs! Price point is average but better than most chains. Never had a wrong or bad order yet!
What can u say firehouse subs always got it on point. The New York steamer is better then sliced bread so I would say why not take that bread and make a New York steamer staff was absolutely great and kind will definitely come back and recommend

Almost always friendly. Sandwiches are always fresh. They keep their public area clean. I have had a few online order mess ups with items not being completed correctly
