*****Update*****nnSince leaving this review and tagging them in a Facebook post regarding this SCAM of an EXTRA FEE as you can see fr their response to me…. They BLOCKED me from their Facebook page! If that doesn’t spell NON-TRANSPARENCY, I don’t know what does! They blocked me which means they have something to hide. So now I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!! What you’re doing is not only illegal, it’s DISHONEST!!!! SHAME on you Firehouse Bar & Grill! Now I regret ever supporting your local business!!!!!nnI visited your establishment just this past Thursday, and although the food was good, I’m appalled that you are charging every one of your customers an EXTRA 4% for a so-called “Eco Fee”!! We already pay 13% in taxes and you’re going to GOUGE your customers even more!!!!! I try and support local businesses as much as I can, but your establishment will never see another dime of my HARD EARNED money! This is ridiculous, charging customers even more than we already have to pay!!
Ate at Firehouse for the first time yesterday. Was a fantastic experience! Julie and staff provided excellent service. Great selection of food and drinks. The Hydrant Fizz dirty sodas were a hit! Even my picky kid loved the wings and garlic bread, which is high praise. My burger was done to perfection and the fries were exactly how I like them. Will definitely be back!
Some of the best food you can get in town! Wings, burgers, apps, you name it! They make it better than all else around.nnAmazing staff, phenomenal food, 10/10 recommend!
Some of us parents and kids from a hockey team playing in the tournament in Caperol went for lunch and we can’t say enough good things about this place ! Service and food was amazing !!and prices were also great!
