Located in South Granville and brought to you by the same group as The Stable House Bistro, Fiore is an Italian inspired restaurant with an intimate neighbourhood feel. Our focus is on simple Italian featuring fresh hand-crafted pasta and naturally-leavened sourdough thin crust pizza using predominantly regional and seasonal ingredients. In addition to our lunch and dinner menu Fiore offers daily specials, gluten free options and a small bar menu between services with all items available for dine-in or take-out.
Matthew Landry (BC’s Top 3 Somms 2017 & 2018) curates an always evolving Italian wine list and it's easy to pop in for a quick bite at the 16-seat bar or have table service with family and friends. We also have a selection of local draft beer, cocktail and aperitifs but whatever your drink, we're happy to help with selections that pair well with Chef Alexandrea Fladhamer's creations.
