Was looking for a place to have some drinks Monday afternoon and got told to try this place out,. It didn’t disappoint, not only is it chilled out and a relaxed vibe but the 2 staff I encountered were exceptional. Being a foreigner from Australia I was asking for some places to check out so Mikaela being the main lady at the bar went above and beyond not only for being a great host here but also recommended me some places to eat. I asked her about some Jamaican food and places to visit and she was very very helpful. I was watching the rugby World Cup on my phone while having a beer, then Sergio came past and asked me what I’m watching so he tried to change the big screens here to make it even better for me. Thanks legend not many places I’ve been to do that. Would highly recommend this venue especially with Mikaela and Sergio. Thanks for the amazing hospitality and service.
My family enjoyed the visit to Fionn MacCools. We came went on a Tuesday so it wasn't too busy. The ladies waiting and serving were welcoming. The portions were large for most dishes. There is a good amount of options for vegetarians. There's the possibility to convert some to vegan friendly. Most of the vegetarian contained a meat substitute, which isn't my favourite. There were a good number of families on the dining room side, so feel free to bring the children. There is a lot of parking behind the restaurant. If you want a close space, you have to be lucky. We went around 3:30pm. It was a pleasant first time experience for us. As vegetarian options are very limited, We ordered Blarney chips and they tasted good. But their beverages are worth a super mention. The Cold fashioned and strawberry mule were made to perfection. Cold fashioned is made exactly as described. Definitely coming here to try out more drinks. Food -4/5 because vegetarian options are limited Ambience -5/5 Service - 4/5 they were a little slow for a not so busy restaurant at 3:30 but nevertheless friendly service.
Ordered take out/delivery. I had the fish and chips and cheese cake. The fish still had the crispy crust and the taste was good. It also came with a fresh wedge of lemon and tartar sauce. The coleslaw was fresh and I liked the taste - really good. I had mixed feelings about the fries. Some were hard and chewy to the bite. The cheesecake was the highlight of dinner. So simple yet delicious. A sweet way to end the weekend.
Had a very great experience there on a Friday night. Our waitress was fantastic the one who owns a pug-terrier. She suggested a limited time beer that ended up tasting very good. She was also very friendly and made the experience pleasurable. In addition, the live music was also fabulous! My friend ordered food and said it was all very good. He ordered a French-Onion Soup and a Burger with Poutine as a side. And from my point of view, it looked very delicious. I would definitely come back here in a heartbeat, as I’ve already been here a few times in the past.
The place is clean and the staff are great. The only problem I had was my pickup order was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait for almost 15 minutes.
Super yummy— we got the chicken quesadilla ~$13-14 and the pasta alla ale ~$14.50 for pasta alone, but extra chicken for $5. The chicken quesadilla and pasta was good, but nothing too special good for the price range but tbh, the extra grilled chicken for the pasta was lowkey really dry :
Great spot in Brampton with good food, cold drinks and great service. Cassandra was quick and helped suggest meals based on our taste buds. Been coming here for years, always a good time!
I went there with family and They comply all the covid restrictions. They sanitized all the tables and menus. We ordered Budweiser 56oz. Blood orange cosmo drink Beyond meat phish tacos Veg Nachos Beer Bettered Cauliflower It was a great experience. Food: 5/5 Drink: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Overall: 5/5
Good food, good service and good value. Friendly server and owner. We all enjoyed our meals very much! Fish and chips, cob salad, and shepherds pie. Seems the menu is more home cooked than most of the other chains, and at a more affordable price. A great place for lunch or early dinner.
