The staff are professional, kind and empathetic. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the process of estate planning and such other arrangements. It was much appreciated for the accomodation given to our family given the mobility challenges we/my mother faced when it comes to physically attending appointments in person. The solutions proposed, assisted us/her access to services to make mother's final wishes official, that might have otherwise not been available. The peace of mind and the reassurance helped this family during the health scares and uncertainty of the future.
