Finkelstein & Partners, LLP

This is a great injury firm. Definitely would use them and I tell everyone if you have a serious injury from an accident they are the best in all of NY. I was a truck driver making a deliver in Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia when I was hurt. I live in Ulster County and I had heard of Finkelstein & Partners and I knew they have an office in Kingston so I called. Even though the law offices and attorneys are throughout NYS and my injury happened in PA, they could handle my case. It was the best call I could have made. I dealt with people in their Newburgh office and everyone was super nice and always returned my calls. My case assistant was in the Wappingers Falls office in Dutchess County and she always called to see how I was doing. The best thing about them is that they always kept me fully informed about my case and allowed me to make the final decision as to whether to go to trial or to settle. Even after my case settled they helped me structure my future and take the pressure off.
