Nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfait de ce prestataire. Lors de la installation nous constatons qu il y 'avait une erreur sur le bois , la Rampe d escalier ronde au lieu de carré .l' installateur appelle Le charge de projet pour le informer . Ils discutent ils rigolent parlent de tout et de rien et nous, on attend comme des imbéciles qu' on nous dise ce qu' il va se passer . Aucun respect sur les problemes qu' ils avaient généré Le charge de projet m appelle le lendemain à 13h pour me dire qu' il venait de vérifier mon projet mais peut être aurait il du le faire avant la livraison? Conséquence 5 jours sans escalier ans pouvoir accéder a l étage et la rampe arrivera t elle ?
