"Here at Finishing Touch Gifts & Flowers we are an individual little shop, full of character and as far removed from the faceless high street chains as you can possibly hope to get. That's why we fit into the beautiful village of Welton in Lincolnshire so well. We are so much more then just a flower shop. Along with the beautiful seasonal bouquets and posies we love to create, we also offer a range of interesting decorative objects for the home and garden all creatively displayed. We have been an independent family run florist shop for over 25 years. Our philosophy is one of using natural materials with a keen eye for attention to detail. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a personal and knowledgeable one-to-one service."

I wanted to order an arrangement from America for my fiance in Market Rasen. I spoke with Craig and outlined basically what I wanted. He assured me that it would be sorted to my satisfaction with delivery on her birthday. The logistics of that delivery became problematic as my fiance kept changing her schedule at the last minute, but Craig, Emma and staff came through brilliantly, getting the flowers to her door in the afternoon. My fiance was overwhelmed by the beauty, freshness and fragrance of the flowers and was reduced to tears of joy. I am guessing that, in itself, is a great review. It apparently earns me some extra cuddle time I've been apprised. I saw the pictures of the arrangement and thought them stunning. I am more than pleased with the order and the service. Thank you Craig, Emma and staff for making her birthday as wonderful and special as she is to me. You lot are amazing. You will always be my go-to florist in the future. Can you deliver in the U.S.?
A little disappointed that my order wasn’t delivered for around 24 hours - several checks of the online status showed my order was immovably welded into the ‘With Florist’ position for many hours enough time to write a novella. In the end I actually called in to see if the florist hadn’t been crushed under an oversized cactus or similar…The lady in the shop informed me, with an air of indifference, that, ‘Deliveries don’t go out until about 6pm…’ I found this a bit of an odd time to be delivering flowers and, if that is the case, there should have been more than enough time to process and deliver my order on the day it was received…? I almost said, ‘Give me the flowers; I’ll deliver ‘em…To quote Blackadder…’Slower than an asthmatic ant with heavy shopping…’ I will stick with my usual florist in future. The faint hint of suspicion that one’s online requests are received and processed with a kind of studied lethargy was, here, proven beyond reasonable doubt.

I regularly use these guys when i order flowers for my mum who lives locally. The flowers are always stunning, and their customer service is outstanding. A friendly helpful voice on the phone, stunning flowers and a happy mum. Will always return to them again.

From start to finish Emma went above and beyond to create a beautiful bouquet for my Mothers funeral. Nothing was to much for her, even looking up the funeral director as we didn't know it. Emma even sent us photos of the bouquet as we live n New Zealand and couldn't be there to order them directly. Beautiful flowers and amazing service, I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Emma
