This is the best coffee ever. Starbucks doesn’t even come close. Staffs are very professional. Today was my first time trying this Jamaican Me Crazy coffee. I went back two hours later.bought another. And a bag of coffee beans to take home with me. Absolutely love it!! I highly recommend it

Lots of choices. Fast, friendly service. The smell of the fresh brewed coffee...mmm. Facility clean. They are open when other locations are not early in the morning. So stop by...early...and get yourself a great cup of homegrown NY state coffee.

Just tried Finger Lakes Coffee today. The aroma of the coffee roasting is heavenly! The staff was very friendly. They offer a few different blends/flavors of regular coffee each day. I got a medium Witches Brew blend and it was amazing! Bold flavor without the bitterness. Very smooth. They have Sugar In The Raw, which I love. The price was good at only $2.25. You can buy coffee by the pound here as well, which I will be doing on my next trip to the mall. Thank you!

Staff was friendly and outgoing especially Donevan he made great conversation and made for a great overall experience- coffee was also amazing!

The Carmella Latte is absolutely amazing first time coming here. Definitely worth it an the employees on the lunch shift were friendly. Wait time was short. Good prices! Definitely coming back.

Was on a cross country motorcycle trip coming through the US. Ran out of coffee once we got to Syracuse. Stopped in here since it was on the way to motel, decided to grab a coffee small bags just to get us going and once we made some... what a regret not finding a way to fit a 5lbs bag in the saddlebag. The coffee is awesome and now I'm sad that they don't ship to Canada I looked on their site haha . Someday we'll be back in the eastern states and will taste that coffee again.

Okay I had to come on here and leave a review because I’m still thinking of the cup of coffee I had from here. It was amazing Definitely has Starbucks beat in my opinion it was delicious fresh and made to perfection. Yes I’m being that extra it was so worth trying. Definitely would recommend this place to others. My husband had their sugar cookies and he said it came apart how soft it was my son and him both loved it. 10/10 recommend.

This coffee shop really is a great coffee shop and in some cases beats the hell out a Starbucks and beats the hell out of Dunkin Donuts the coffee's always fresh you can smell it everywhere in the mall
