Finecraft window is a professional and reliable company. They have an incredible high-end product and outstanding customer service. We were shown all the product options for our needs and once selected the product that fit our space, they came back for installation in only a few weeks. We love the end product! Installation was flawless as well. Great pricing too. I can’t wait to continue working with them in the near future.
While I was waiting for my new house to be built, I discovered Tableaux shutters while exploring online and I just knew that I wanted these for my front room. Because of the lockdowns, I had to shop online and found Finecraft who are also listed on Edvantage for teachers. I also decided to add the faux iron grilles to the transom windows above my front door and in the bedroom. Even though I am in Ottawa, Ron was able to answer all of my questions through phone and email and produce design plans for all three of the windows. Delivery took a bit of time again, lockdowns and restrictions, but the packages were super well packed for delivery. I was able to install them with my son with no problem and they look absolutely fantastic! I have had numerous compliments on these windows since installing them. Thank you to Ron and the Finecraft team!

Dealing with Ron and Jack was such a pleasure. They were so easy to deal with and so personable. They knew exactly how to guide us in what to order and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. This company is amazing! My husband and I ordered custom window shutters and traceries for our home and couldn't be happier with the results. With all the chain stores out there it was a refreshing change to find a local, family owned manufacturer of high quality window fashions. Ron was very helpful in answering my questions, his passion for the business clearly showed. I provided the measurements and his team fabricated them to a perfect fit for our home. However, with our front bay windows, I did not clearly specify the mounting direction and was disappointed when I could not complete the installation. A call to Ron was met with a commitment to provide a solution. After a brief discussion with his father, alternate mounting hardware was the answer! During the installation I couldn’t help but notice the quality of the product. Very solid construction, built to last. Fair price and outstanding customer service. Ron is a true professional with super fast replies and easy to understand information. The products are competitively and fairly priced. The blackout blind I ordered is top notch quality and craftsmanship. Never had an issue with it. It looks great and functions even better. I'm now ordering skylight blinds and have no concerns about working with this excellent company again.
Ordered Solar shades from Finecraft. Ron took the time ask questions about the window locations. Which direction they faced, sun exposure, privacy requirements etc... to properly solution the end goal. Ron and team made us some 5% Solar shades that we are very happy with. The fit and finish were excellent. Will recommend to others and come back to Ron for our future window treatment needs. Thanks Ron.
