Not IMPRESSED at ALL!! Unfortunately we never got to experience the services offered by Fine Art Bartending in Kelowna, which are so highly praised in the other reviews. This is our story: We booked a course for our daughter to start Nov 20th 2017. After multiple delays due to instructors being stuck in snow, no power at the training room for the remaining week, and then poor communication resulted in further delay, to the point that our daughter could not attend a class due to international travel plans. Thereafter it took multiple tries via email and phone to reach Lisa so that we could request a refund for services not provided. Eventually Lisa confirmed via email on Dec 11, 2017 that a refund has been processed through the payment processor. No proof was provided. We are still waiting for the refund to reflect on our bank statement which is now almost 4weeks (Jan 8, 2018). Beware the listed number for Kelowna is no longer in service and the doors at the business address have always been locked during our random visits to try to find someone at the location. This is definitely an absolutely shocking service and even feels like "business fraud". I would warn anyone trying to book courses at the other locations (Calgary, Edmonton, Langley) which seemed to be owned and operated by Lisa as well. I cannot speak for the other listed locations (Vancouver, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Halifax) and I am sorry that your name is on the same webpage as that of Fine Art Bartending associated with Lisa.

The teachers are knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! With small class sizes, students are offered ample time for hands-on training. The confidence I gained in five days would've taken months of bar back work at a real bar. I feel more than prepared to get out there and start bartending! A great experience.

Awesome course, very hands on and builds confidence making drinks. Instructors were great and made the course a lot of fun while learning.

Really enjoyed the course! Very knowledgeable and helpful teachers that are willing to help you even after the course is complete!

I took the course back in February 2016, and I loved it. It was so much fun and I learned a wide variety of things to help me in the bartending atmosphere. I now have a job bartending and I love it! I'd recommend this course to anyone who's thinking about learning a new skill or wants to get into bartending. The people are so friendly, professional, and understanding. :)
