The worst dental clinic ever, They don't have the integrity and professionalism to answer the phone calls of their patients. All their main concern is how to take money from you and rob you off. They charged me around $1700 dollar for my child cavities for one hour work. After so many phone calls I hardly managed to get and receive a statement from them of their work done. honestly It was a rob off. They refuse to assist me claiming my child charges to the Ontario smile coverage and they always ran away from answering my phone calls. Frankly speaking this dental clinic is the worst ever and their main concern is how to get money from you. BE careful from visiting this clinic. I went to clean my teeth and fixed my broken teeth, but Dr. Narsis end with up with over 12 thousand dollars to fix my gum Deases and he did not solve my teeth problem which initially I am there. Frankly speaking this clinic is rotten eggs and you should never make Dr. Narsis your dental doctor.

The team here was wonderful. My hygienist Sarah was so gentle and explained everything to me throughout the appointment. Dr.Tavacoli was funny and took her time on my dental check to talk to me and ask about any concerns I might have. This is a great team of people and I feel good every time I come in for an appointment!

Disappointed to say the least. Went in two years ago and was assured that my family's visit would be covered by my workplace insurance, I then proceeded to have the work done. Two years later, I receive a call out of the blue saying that the insurance did not cover the visit, and I was asked to pay over the phone immediately. I could understand 2 months, but 2 years to process a claim, come on! How professional is that?

I've been really impressed with this clinic on both my visits.  Susie is upbeat and encouraging when you aren't totally comfortable with a procedure.  Dr. Daniel is awesome.   He takes the time to explain procedures and was very patient answering my questions.  He also took extra time to make the freezing needles less painful when filling cavities and made sure there was a very pleasing aesthetic result since they were front teeth with cavities.  He also saw my two children as well and was excellent with them.  I would definitely recommend Dr. Daniel to anyone needing dental care.

I had my first appointment at 7 dental January 31, 2019 at the Finley creek office. They greeted me very professionally and accommodated all my needs as per my requisition in for my appointment. I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Dragoi, who Was a very thorough very caring and kind soul. I then met with Katie the hygienist, who proceeded with my dental cleaning. She was also amazing and thorough with my teeth cleaning. I would highly recommend all the team of seven dental as my experience from A to Z was completely positive as they are very committed and very professional In the industry! Looking forward to my follow up appointment and my procedures with the team at 7 dental

I was very nervous about going in for a wisdom tooth removal as previously I've had only tolerable, and sometimes painful experiences with a previous dentist that worked on my teeth for the better part of a year. While they were nice,  7Dental upped their game. I work as a part timer w/ no insurance and 7Dental was able to work with me to ensure I could continue to take care of my dental health.  The doctor who took care of me, and the hygienist were both very soothing, and efficient in their work. As anxiety normally gets the better hold of me when it comes to dental appointments,  this one was very different as every time I'd start to feel nervous, they both would calm me down and refocus my attention on breathing. A procedure I was having panic attacks about days, or even a week before the date, had went completely fine and I was out of the chair faster than expected with absolutely no moments of pain or damage. Thank you so much for giving me the best experience I've had at any dental centre!

Dr. Daniel and Jenna are amazing! Extremely professional and personable.  I feel like I have known them forever and I have complete trust in them. Not only are they fantastic with me but my two children 10 & 18 as well. I highly recommend these two dedicated professionals for your dental care.

I would recommend to never to register as a patient at this clinic ever! i wouldn't even give one star but i was unable to post my review without at least one star. 1. Very incompetent service by the admin staff. We have been waiting for an appointment with a specialist for over a year that the admin staff had promised to book for us. We came to know today that this appointment was never booked. So much for patient care! 2. No accountability and responsibility for a root canal treatment gone wrong when my daughter ended up with a crack in her tooth after the treatment and recurrent tooth infection - the reason why a specialist's opinion was needed and urgently! While no doctor can take the responsibility for any post treatment infections, they should be responsible for the crack that resulted from the treatment. The reception always has more than two individuals present but they obviously didn't have time to book the appointment they promised a year ago. 3. While the doctors seem to be competent most of the times, they lack humanity, compassion and care for the patients 4. According to the admin staff the doctors do not have time for any emergency situations. I had requested an appointment for check-up by our dentist for a hole in my molar. They suggested to set up a cleaning appointment and a subsequent check-up by the doctor, which I had agreed to. So, my appointment was set up for the 1st of August. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I was delayed for the appointment so the hygienist couldn't see me on that day which is understand. But according to the admin staff even the doctor didn't have time to see me because he had an appointment 20-25 minutes later! that too for an emergency!! This happened last week 1st of Aug and they had promised me that the management would call me so that I could talk about my concerns. It has been over a week 10-Aug-2019 today but no one has called yet! I wasn't going to write this review but the incident first point here that occurred today compelled me to write this review to do justice to other people who might unknowingly get trapped at this clinic. 5.  We have been patients at this clinic since December 2015 but we were informed about this clinic's policy, that all family members from the same family get treated by the same doctor, only in 2017. Every year when we go for our annual checkup, a new doctor shows up for our check-up. Apparently, they forget their own policies, unless this isnt an actual policy! It seems like such policies exist only for a few unfortunate families like ours. I have every reason to believe that RACIAL DISCRIMINATION is at play here. 6. In the past, at the same clinic, my husband has had to fight to get the doctors attention to his ailing tooth  treatment which had gone wrong. Only after he fought was he attended to with more care.

I am sincerely writing this so that someone listens to my situation and tries to help me.  My entire family goes to 7Dental and we had no problems when I was a patient with Dr. Daniel. However, since Dr.Daniel has been on leave I was switched to Dr. Bedrosyan. He performed incorrect procedures on two of my teeth in three different appointments on me two fillings and one adjustment that I did not need even though Dr. Daniel had told me that I needed a root canal on those two teeth. He claimed that I needed a filling and not a root canal even though Dr. Daniel had clearly told me the opposite. His procedures put me in intense pain and exhausted my insurance. Upon getting a second opinion from Dr. Chin again I was told that I needed a root canal and not a filling. AGAIN When I asked for a financial compensation - I was not given any not even a refund for my filling so that I could get a root canal. This is not even the bad part. The only person according to the admin staff of 7dental that can give me a compensation is the Doctor who performed the procedure himself. And not surprisingly I am not recieveing any compensation because no responsibility for the incorrect procedures are being taken. they claim it was an error in "judgement call". Nonetheless, I am left in pain and was only given an appointment a month later.  Even now I have not been connected with anyone who has been able to help me. the admin staff is ignoring my emails. I am so saddened by this experience because all I asked for was if a mistake was made, just give me a refund so that I can get my teeth fixed. Even now I am waiting for them to contact me.  I asked to talk to the owner or finance manager and I was told the only person who can make a decision is the dentist himself. this puts the patient in such a bad and awkward position while i am already experiencing so much pain physically and financially. There was no compassion in my situation.  I am not writing this review out of spite. But i have honestly been put in such a bad position by your organization and now, I am being ignored by them. This whole experience has caused an immense amount of stress and I was not even allowed to talk to the owner.  UPDATE: the appointment I had with the second doctor was cancelled and although all I needed was a root canal they were forcing me to see a specialist after exhausting my insurance.  Also i went to Rideau dental centre they scheduled me the same day I called and got a root canal and now I my teeth are fine aka I NEVER NEEDED A SPECIALIST. I am out $4500 because of this clinic. It is sad the situation they put patients in.

Dr Daniel is very professional and takes time to explain the procedures. My son is 6 and we had an appointment to fix a cavity. Dr Daniel was amazing, explaining to my son what he was planning to do and what instruments he will be using. The procedure went very smooth and my son is convinced Dr Daniel is the best dentist in the world.
