My wife called to see if they had separate changing rooms, lady on the other end was extremely rude and demeaning, made her feel bad for asking a reasonable question. You'd think a gym that prides itself on being a safe place for women would be a little more understanding and caring towards sensitive issues but that did not come across in our interaction.
Everyone is so friendly. The staff is super helpful & knowledgeable. They are guiding me quite successfully on my fitness journey.
Very clean facility, flexible hours, always greeted with a smile by their friendly staff and you can choose from a huge selection of exercise equipment. Ann and Julie listened to my fitness goals and helped to develop a personal training program that was just right for me.
$57 for a half hour pedicure? Uh no thank you, not going back. That was $30 worth at best. It wasn't anything special either, I'd rather get a $5 bottle at Walmart and do it myself. Even with a 15% discount I used, it still was more expensive than Elation Spa Also their manicures are limited in colour and design. I was actually told I couldn't do anything more complicated than single colours.
