An excellent example of rudeness and unprofessional in tailoring field. Didn’t modify my pants well and no sorry and requested an extra fee for the alteration. Run away ASAP.

Rude and unhelpful. Refuses to do an alteration without even explaining why. Overcharged for the one thing they did do. It was an unpleasant experience and I would not go back.

It's hard to comunicate with them, they are rude and they ruin my dress!

Very bad communication skills. Wanted to charge me 80 dollars to replace 8 pieces of velcro on my coat. That's 10 dollars for each 1 1/2 inch piece of velcro!!! For 80 dollars I can buy a new coat!! As a matter of fact, I think that's about what I paid for it!

They made a hole in my brand new lace dress still had tags on it and then claimed it was there before from when I wore it never wore it tags were still on! Refused to repair it, apologize or reimburse me. Awful experience. Awful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

The lady there was very nice, and 'fixed' my problem quite quickly and cheaply. ** Do not let her near any kind of stretchy material - it will get ruined. **

Friendly and fast always a pleasure to deal with them.

The lady is rude, want to do minimum job. Asked to buy an elastic waistband for her to do the job.
