For a good breakfast at a local 'greasy spoon' this is one to keep in mind. Haven't had lunch or dinner but I have a feeling those would be good too. Very pleasant staff and quick service. Food was "hot" which is very important to me, and I'm sure to many others. Atmosphere is quaint and talkative. What kept me from wanting to give 5 stars is the over easy eggs were overcooked, however the breakfast sausage was cooked oh so perfectly dark brown and crisp skin all around. So back to 5 stars.
This weekend was my first time at Fifty's Diner and they did not disappoint. The food, portion size, price and service were all excellent. I'm lactose-intolerant and asked for Coffee Mate as a creamer substitute. They did not have any so a staff member went out to get some at a nearby grocery store and brought it to me 5 minutes later. Talk about great service!
Food was great and the service was even better! Our server, Mitchell, was bubbling full of personality. He certainly made us feel welcome and was very attentive. It was such a treat and we’ll be sure to stop here again on a future trip to North Bay.
Went in for the first time today, and I will be returning. I had the fish and chips, and the spouse had the fifty's burger and fries. Both were full plates. The burger was absolutely delicious and filling. Fish was a good-sized fillet that was nicely battered and deep-fried. I'm always on the hunt for a good diner/ma and pa shop. This is exactly where you should go if that is your style. Friendly staff as well, very polite and attentive.
My girlfriend and I came here for breakfast on her birthday and we had the BEST experience we've ever had at any resteraunt. Our servers Mitchell and Riley were super nice and were always around for anything we needed. I highly recommend coming here, the staff and the food are amazing!Food: 5/5
One of the best home cooking restaurants I have ever been to. Small but super friendly place with home cooked meals. A hometown go to for many locals
The server here was quite out of the ordinary in terms of not only the service but his niceness. Really special place!

Great location with great food and customer service if you are in the area this is must try place. I will be back again for sure when I'm back in the area
