Never had any issues with the new management, concierge is always kind.They have always been timely in repairs and responsive. During my time here I had needed repair to a wall damaged from a leak from the upper unit, multiple window replacements, and front door repairs. The management company handled it all. I also did renovations to my unit and found them easy to work with and quick to approve my forms.

Imagine being in the news for NOT ALLOWING A SERVICE ANIMAL IN YOUR PROPERTIES AND TELLING SAID OWNER THE SERVICE DOG HAS TO LEAVE OR THEY ARE EVICTED. Shame on every single one of you people on this board, I hope they sue you for infringement on human rights. You guys are awful people and deserve every bit of misery coming your way.

Currently forcing someone with a documented disability and need for a service dog to get rid of his service dog. Had the nerve to question a doctor's note. I don't think anyone on the board passed college, let alone has the ability to sit through years of medical school.

Heartless condo board. Poor place to call home. Glad I turned it down.

Small and big dogs allowed to be in elevators and walked through corridors and parking levels though leashed. Management lax or plays favouritism regarding rules re: smoking in prohibited areas. No social distancing in smoking area with regards to covic 19 recommendations. Residents allowed to roam and loiter in parking levels. Migrating smoke odours permeate certain floors and management is oblivious to do anything about it. They expect us to live with it. Buyer beware before purchasing here. c 19 virus

Take advantage of disabled people, never rent or buy here.

Management is rude and does not seem to care about owners or tenants. If any repairs must be done to your unit at the buildings expense I warn you that the quality of service will be poor, dates will not be met, and constant interruptions will become apart of your life. Other then poor management this building is great. Location is right next to the subway, close to Sherway mall, great restaurants, multiple grocery stores reside in the immediate area. The security staff is extremely friendly always greeting you with smiles. The pool and gym areas are in decent shape for an older building and the common areas are always very clean. This is a great building if you looking for a quick way to the city, but want to avoid the costs of living downtown. I would rate this building a 5/5 if it had better leadership in place.

Only attended the party room. Nice place. Not very big, but security left us alone for the most part. Kitchen area only has a fridge, so you need to bring your own cooking appliances, but again, no vent hoods so nothing smoky.

I went there to do amazon deliveries on Aug 7, 2020 at 1340 hrs but the guy at the Security was showing attitude unnecessarily and was very rude for no reason. Thats not the way someone is treated at specially at the front desk. Unacceptable
