Ordered vegetarian fajitas for one to go. A beautiful spread and SO MUCH FOOD! The meal also came with an order of chips and salsa. Everything was fresh and delicious!! The staff was also very hospitable and super friendly. I Would definitely go here again.

We are staying with family here in Idaho and none of us wanted to cook so they suggested this awesome restaurant that has the absolute best Mexican food. They were right! We had the beef enchilada meal and the chicken enchilada meal with chips and salsa. Highly recommend!
Its a good place to eat with an affordable menu. Some items are excellent and some are mediocre All depends on what you order. The staff is always nice and the restaurant is always clean
The servers are always witty and extremely nice! They are always flexible and accommodating as well. Definitely a great late night restaurant & a fun environment for having adult beverages :
One of the most delicious dishes I have eaten. The waitress, in a pink shirt and pink shoes was delightful! She showed a great deal of kindness and I really appreciate that!
I always love fiesta guadalajara. I have yet to have a bad experience or anything that would cause me to go back or call in for anything. I love their chips and salsa, I always get the biggest bag possible.
Wonderful People, very tasty food and alot for a good price. Definitely going back again.
