Absolutely terrible, soul sucking employees. I never complain about customer service but these people are exhausting to be around. They talk slowly, are boring, and have blank faces. Is it that hard to smile??!! If I wanted to talk to a robot then I would have called!!! I ended up going to the location at Rideau to get my son's phone.
Moe was extremely helpful and patient with my phone issues. He did his best to help my needs and provided incredible and caring service. Very sweet guy. Thanks a lot Moe ! :

I'm very happy to be able to get the particular version of the phone that I wanted there because buying a smartphone online seems a little risky to me and none of the other many Fido locations in Ottawa had that phone in stock when I was shopping around on Saturday. While helping me get things set up, Moe wrote down all of the prices and numbers that he talked about which was very clear and transparent.
Store is posted as being open until 9pm. I should up at 8pm to a closed Store....waste of my time, thanks teenager who works at kiosk....
Great service! Called ahead and spoke to Abby, she gave me all the information I needed and I ended up coming in store to deal with her in person. She sorted out a new plan for me coming from another provider porting my number and there were no issues and it was really easy! She was super helpful and kind and provided excellent customer service explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Thanks Abby!
Heartless staff no sympathy and treat loyal customers of25 years like a p.o.s
Spent over an hour here to be told they can't start the service for me and say there's an issue. I get home, contact support on the Fido website to resolve the issue and the first support agent gets me set up within 15 minutes. They expressed staff at this location did not know what they were doing.
Save your time if u see a moe run if you see a bell or virgin store skip fido all together
They get a star because there is no zero opinion
