"Grunt" staff is great. Be wary of office "cowboy", he abandoned me when I claimed for a large piece of glass "the grunts" broke. After I raised my voice & forced the issue in the office, "the cowboy" did manage an apology. I'll give 'em that much. Get EVERYTHING in writing B4. Very disappointed.
