Very bland building. Efficient architecture. Not really the best head office for a comoany like SpotsExpert that wants to be on the edge of their industry. If they move they should think of their image as a brand more.

My experience following an undelivered online order was one of the worst customer service experiences I have received…nnPackage delivered to the door of the condo block, without ringing, without notice….simply a notification that the package is delivered and received by its recipient me, in downtown Montreal.nnObviously the package was stolen, because we don't leave an order of $200 on the ground in the city center...nnI contacted the carrier puro and FGL sport…nnPurolator told me that the package had been left in front of the condo block outside, following a discussion with the driver.nnObviously, the information was communicated to sports expert FGL Sport, by email, the only ineffective method of communication. The email even linked Purolator and FGL sport resources together to facilitate communication.nnThey have been looking into the matter for 3 weeks now, without any response yet.nnCustomer Tip: Do not purchase online from any of the FGL Sport sites to avoid any interaction with their customer service. Go to the store!nnFGL Sport Tip:nDelivery: Negotiate with your carrier the signature required when the delivery amount reaches a certain amount.nnCustomer service: if you want to take an ecommerce turn, and do it well, you will need to facilitate customer interaction with customer service by offering more options.  Live Chat, telephone, email, FAQ.nnTHANKS
