Recently visited Festival Place for the Showcase Dance Festival. The facility and staff did a great job managing the large crowd of dancers and families, even though they were clearly stretched thin. Parking was a bit challenging due to other nearby events like hockey, but manageable. The concession seemed a bit pricey, though it kept my dancer fed and hydrated and me well-caffeinated. Overall, a solid experience.
This is an incredibly well done show. Enjoyed the awesome instrument talent and the singing was SO on point. Thanks for a great night down memory lane. The video has dates of 1873 instead of 1973
Good foyer with tables and sofa seating. Good acoustics and sightlines. Only negative is didn't see any elevator for balcony access. However the ground floor is handicapped accessible.
A lovely building, well laid out. Seating gives you Apple room for comfort and space. Excellent production.
Great facility for music performances, art performances and plays. The location is wonderful. I have been a couple of times and the space is well designed, clean and well lit. Great place to see your favourite act if performing here.
