Best Chicken Parm I've ever had! Good bread, good service. The restaurant atmosphere is basic and elegant. My husband had the Veal Marsala and said it was better than mine! And that's saying a lot!

The food is delicious and that's a lot to say because I'm a picky persons when it comes to food. From the bread to pasta it's all freshly made, it's a nice elegant little restaurant, the staff makes you feel at home. One of my favorite restaurants.

Incredible service! The wait staff were attentive and super nice. The food was AMAZING and the price was fair for such high quality. This is an excellent upscale restaurant. I will be returning for sure.

Where to start. . . . . Ferraro's was an extreme let down. We were excited to have a new Italian option in town, especially one that was not a chain. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted with a large plain white rectangular room, that looks a lot like the inside of a empty shoe box. There are booths and tables spread throughout the room in an awkward, stare at everyone else as you eat way. There are no dividers or rooms to break up the space. Think dining "warehouse" style. Place a few Italian looking pieces of mass produced cheap hotel art one the walls, and you have a rough idea of what is going on inside. We were sat at a table quickly and told our server would be right out to take our orders. 15 minutes later a gentleman brought out what I think what was supposed to be "bread". It was dry and crusty in a bad way, like it had been left out for far too long in the sun. There was no water brought out with the "bread" either, which was unfortunate as it was so dry. Another 5 minutes or so, and our server appeared and finally took our orders. If they were so understaffed and/or slow, it made the fact that what looked like the owner of the restaurant standing in the corner the entire time we were there, flapping his gums at some customers/friends, even more glaring. They eventually brought out the sodas we had ordered, far to late to be of use to wash down the "bread". I ordered the Chicken Piccata, and soup. The soup had a good flavor, but the pasta and beans were a bit on the under cooked side. My main dish was "very" sad. For $17 you would expect to get something more than soggy freezer chicken. While the dish is supposed to have a lemon flavor, this tasted more like the top came off the lemon juice bottle when they were adding it to the dish. It tasted like a lemon-head candy rather than an Italian dish. The Chicken was hot, but had a dense, almost doughy texture. Think damp pressed and formed chicken nuggets. It was more or less inedible without your face puckering. My wife ordered a salad, that was mostly lettuce with some runny watered down dressing in the bottom of the bowl. Her chicken spinach dish came with the exact same soggy freezer chicken as my dish, and cream sauce that was more or less flavorless. We picked at our food for a while to be polite, and quickly paid and left, placing our boxed up leftovers in the trash can right outside the door. Needless to say we will not be returning to Ferraro's.

We had high hopes for the first non-chain Italian restaurant in IF, but were sorely disappointed. The restaurant atmosphere was awful, so we ordered to go. We asked for house and blue cheese dressing on our salads, and both received ranch. I agree with the other reviewer about the chicken picatta: soggy reheated chicken. They tried to cover up the blandness of the dish by using what looked and smelled like 1/3 cup of garlic in the sauce. I love garlic, but holy cow that was overkill. Not worth the drive out to Ammon by a long shot. Olive Garden is no worse, and cheaper. Sorry Ferraro's--I really did want you to be good.
