Loved the food and cozy atmosphere here . Its next to the bus stops and across from royal athletes park. It has indoor and outdoor seating. Thier cookies are huge & homemade. Grilled cheese and chips . And ice tea and coffee to name a few of the yummy options here Vegetarian options: Lots here Wheelchair accessibility: Its on ground level building . No stairs . And tons of space and big washrooms
Best Lox on a bagel in the city! Also might be the best grilled cinnamon bun ever! Great staff and coffee too. We drink it at home too.
Every time we pass this location on a weekend there is a line out the door, so we were really excited to finally try it. We ordered a hot decaf latte with whole milk, a hot chai latte with whole milk, and a candied ginger scone. The candied scone was a little ginger-y and the chai wasn’t the worlds best but it was all super delicious. We are excited to come back and try more pastries and food options since they all look so good. The coffee was strong and there were lots of places to sit. One downside is that there is no wifi except Shaw open at this shop, which can make working here difficult.
The coffee is super amazing! And the price is also really good! Definitely will visit this place again!
I do wish they had more options besides a ball for vegans. It always seems to be a thing at coffee shops that vegans like to eat balls. Also, there's a tad up charge for milk so there's that I consideration for those who are into alternative milks and such. The atmosphere is okay. Kind of quintessential coffee shop atmosphere. The staff are lovely. I don't know what else to say. There's no standouts no stand-ins
Great coffee and even better customer service! Recently had a shipping issue that was no fault of Fernwood Coffee Co. but they went above and beyond to make sure we got our order. If you like camping don't hesitate to try out their instant coffee too! The best on the market :
This is one of the two best breakfast sandwiches in town! An accessible and busy location that fills up at rush hour times. You can order in advance online if you're in a rush. Excellent coffee drinks and an amazing versatile and affordable menu. Really, really good food. The service could use a spruce up in terms of friendliness, but that's the norm in Victoria. Love this place and visit frequently!
I really enjoy the Lox sandwich here. Their coffee is really good too. Imo I dislike their lemon bars, there was something strangely bitter about it when I had it. Not a big deal though, I just won't eat it again. Staff are really nice. The place has a friendly atmosphere.
A girl was working last Friday, and today. I think she said her name was Alana. She was so kind and made me feel very welcomed with her warm demeanour. Cleared our table right away. Will definitely be coming back again soon.
I ordered a chai latte and the quiche which were both really good. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are quite friendly. It is also quite bust most of the time which is a good sign but there is not always seating. I like how they have long hours. A disappointing part was that there is no wifi
