Our experience at Fernelius was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We worked with Nick and he was amazing. They worked with our budget and helped us get the best deal. We drove off the lot with the vehicle we wanted..plus more. Definitely recommend coming here if you are looking to purchase a new or used car. Ask for Nick! He will be your best friend.

I’ve bought several cars in several different states and by far Fernelius Hyundai was my best buying experience. There was no pressure to buy and I was even able to take the vehicle overnight to try it out prior to buying. Newell gave me every available option and was very honest about pricing and options. Jeff did a fantastic job teaching me the technology aspects of my vehicle. The paperwork and trade in for my vehicle was easy and quick. Everything was taken care of for me and I simply had to walk in and get keys and go. Very very satisfied.

I was pleased with the service and attention received by the sales, finance and management staff when I visited to buy a car. They worked to keep my payments where I requested, enabled me to get more than I had planned and were very professional and friendly. At no time did I feel pressured or urged to accept anything that made me feel uncomfortable. Their teamwork is greatly appreciated and I love my new car!

Can’t beat Eddie for sales, and Todd in the repair shop! They all go above and beyond to make a good deal for everyone. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from there and intend to continue.
