The best pedicure I've ever had! I don't get my nails done often and tend to go on my lunch time in downtown Guelph and am usually not thrilled. I came in to Fergus Nail & Spa as a walk in. The staff were super friendly. The lady who did my pedicure was Van and she was the best!! She took great time and attention to detail, gave my calves and feet a wonderful massage. I was so happy with her work and the service I received. 100% recommendService: Pedicure
This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Multiple times I had to ask if my technician was doing what I had asked for and eventually they realized they were not and had to start over. Additionally they were so rough with my cuticles and nails that all my cuticles were bleeding by the end and my fingers were sore for days after. I had to apply polysporin to my cuticles for days after to ensure my fingers did not become infected. I would not recommend going here.Service: Manicure

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! We recently moved to Fergus and I'm not the typical nail gal but coming here it's always so peaceful and THE BEST pedicures! The first time with one day before my due date 3 weeks before Christmas for a little pampering I only wanted a pedicure.... I ended up deciding to do a manicure too and was not disappointed!! The best! This time valentine's day I had the place all to myself and wow! The service was incredible. Manicure and pedicure at the same time. The massage for the pedicure was AMAZING and just what this momma needed! Love this place, if you haven't tried it.... you need too!Services: Manicure

My wife goes to this establishment as it’s convenient to home and they do good work however their wait time is atrocious and they are not welcoming or friendly to the people that they don’t know. Work on your customer service so that your customers feel welcomed.Services: Waxing
The worst waxing experience of my life. The room felt highly unhygienic which should’ve been my first sign to leave and then the lady waxed my eyebrows unevenly. Do not recommend she also spilled wax on my shirt, eyelid and I even found some on my finger nail later on.Service: Waxing

This is an amazing team who always provide the best work. I went once and I have been going ever since. Won’t let anyone else touch my nails !!! Highly recommend, been bringing friends and family in for a while and they have become regulars !! Loved all around ! They take the time to provide an amazing end result, and are never afraid to tackle the design of choice.
