I live in this beautiful neighbourhood in North Vancouver, where there are so many great locations for evening walks and trail running, but my journey of recovery from a sports injury started here at this stadium. I was advised by my physiotherapist to visit this location to gradually build my muscle strength from slow walking to run. This standard running rig has the lowest shock impact to the joint. I was very excited to check this place when I heard about it. Whether you run or walk here the atmosphere is very positive and inspiring. There are always some friendly or professional activities going on. From members of the public just having fun outdoor walking/running to serious soccer matches, you feel the joy of seeing people having fun and enjoying their active life. I love seeing people from very young ages to elderly here at this field. We are really lucky to have a place like this open to the public, clean, professional and well maintained. Thank you!
One of our fav places to go with our toddler. There is always something going on and she loves watching people play. What a good place to live near.
Nice track. Public restrooms available
I use the oval track for running... the stadium is great, lots of people there walking and running. There is a field where soccer games happe..
Besides many adults with babies not respecting the running area at all... its a beautiful place. 1st world park.
