I have gone to them a couple times now and they were great and the flowers were beautiful. My girlfriend loved them. And I had them delivered once, and they were much faster than I expected. The staff has been really great both times too. I would recommend it as I will always go back.

I ordered 2 dozen red roses from them this morning around 8am and they were delivered by 11am! Not only were they quickly delivered, they looked absolutely perfect. When I placed my order on the phone the woman said not to worry, that she would take care of me and she absolutely did! thank you!!!

Buying hydrangias in the Monona store gave me an uncomfortable feeling. The older woman Ann helping me was great. When she was checking me out I leaned over and was deeply inhaling the wonderful perfume of the flowers. The pot of flowers was snached out from under my face by the manager Romney. I exclaimed "Wow she dosen't want me smelling the flowers I just bought!" NO reply to me, NO nice request "can I bag them up for you?" or "excuse me, let me wrap those for you", she just grabbed the pot and ignored me. I called the store and talked to Romney for an explaination. She said she did not hear me. But she had a "problem" with Ann for being slow. Ann was ringing me up, she would have kindly wrapped up my pot. Rude!

Gal that describes herself as a designer is short and comes off as rude. Selection is good and other staff is great. Almost made my 14th purchase with them and her attitude changed my mind. Willing to give them another try, just not today
