Friendly staff, great selection of supplements and organic foods.aswell they are able to order specific products I'm looking for into the store for me. Great store, great staff!

Ordered temperature-sensitive probiotic which is super expensive anyway plus payed the additional $23 for express shipping, should take 2-4 days to get to me. Well, it has been sitting in customs for the past 2 days. Since it was shipped out on a monday and it looks like I won't get it until sometime the following week, it is not going to be as potent. I know the store can't always help it if packages are delayed, but my problem is the rude customer service. When I called, all the representative would say is to check with USPS, and that they weren't responsible for anything. I asked about getting a refund, she said no. I asked about why I paid extra for express shipping when it doesn't get to me any faster...no help at all. She just kept saying to contact USPS over and over again. (Well I did contact USPS and they only know what is on their tracking screen, the same screen that anybody can look up). Not helpful. I ordered this same product about 7 months earlier and it got to me in 2 days, no problems. So I guess it depends on the luck of the draw, if you live in the US. They should train their customer service reps better (at least be kinder and more reassuring), and should guarantee your money back (including the shipping) like Amazon does.

I should have read the reviews before ordering online. Website states delivery in 1-3 days. I placed an order Monday, when I didnt hear anything by Friday they contacted me to say, they had to order items in and they were waiting for 1 to come that day. 1 item was discontinued (when were they planning to tell me???) Then said the order would ship that day to arrive Monday. I asked them to cancel the order Monday, as I already purchased what I needed elsewhere and now they ship the package. Terrible customer service and shipping operations.

Customer service reps online don't answer every email you send. It's like a 50/50 shot they'll even answer. Ordered a product that was on back order which wasn't even listed on their site. If I had known it was on back order beforehand I wouldn't even have made the order. Once I received an email of the back order, I contacted customer service and naturally tried to ask how long before the product will be on back order or better yet, how long has the product been out of stock. I received no answer to either of these questions. Customer service replied saying they had no idea when the product would be back in stock. When I asked how long the product had already been out of stock, I got no answer. I sent a second message asking for a refund. When you spend $90 on a single product you're gonna want service or answers. I got my refund with no further complications
