They will simply just not deliver your package. But they'll come to your place and leave a door tag. It takes 1 hour and 40 minutes by bus to get to this location. this has happened time and time again with FedEx. They'll come to my place twice to say they tried to deliver a package, even if it doesn't need a signature, they won't leave the package in the mail room or even bother knocking on my apartment door. My package is waiting for me at this location, I contacted the retailer and they said that my package will just be destroyed if I don't pick it up.
Somehow my order had the wrong house number and Phill at Fedex took it upon himself to personally contact me and confirm the correct address. Though I got back to him too late for morning delivery he still managed to make it happen to have my package delivered that day!! Next I realized only one of the two items arrived, I noticed the second was sitting at a different location. Phill located the it and got it to Langford and ALSO GOT THE SECOND DELIVERED SAME DAY!nThank you to Pan who was the driver for both packages and thank you all in all for the best service ever.
I missed a delivery at my place in Vic West and Fedex proceeded to make the pick up location in North Saanich 30 KMs away!!. The hours are also terrible and closed on weekends. What about people that may not have a car? How do they get their packages?
Terrible absolutely horrible I’m 8 months pregnant and I live on the first floor of my building. FedEx rang my buzzer and i proceeded to tell them to come down the hall, this man had a dolly and dropped the package on the floor of the lobby and walked away. I told him to come down the hall, I was alone at home this box isn’t at all concealing what it is so I had to drag it down the hall at over 8 month pregnant by myself. Best part is it weighs 50 pounds! I cannot believe the laziness and carelessness of this man! FedEx you need to do better what type of people do you have working there!? I’m waiting on a manager to call and if I don’t get some answers or atleast a very large apology I’m going to the local news station!nUpdate was told a manager would call me in an hour 2 and a half hours later I called back and they said the manager went home. Horrible company I’m so unimpressed this is obviously not a pressing issue for them! How low can you get?!
The driver lied and said the address was incorrect when it’s exactly my address. It’s impossible to talk to the correct person to actually help!!!! I don’t have a choice of who to use to ship packages so they can just get away with it.
