When I arrived at the store I was instructed on how to prepare my shipping label. I requested a 6" piece of tape and they would not offer. I demanded to see a manager being that I was offered poor customer service in affixing my shipping label, and that a shipping company does not offer tape. Magically my tape appeared and after I taped the box I was told I don't need to see a manager we are done here. Dave your time and go somewhere else, or at least hire people that want to work in customer service.
