I can't say enough good things about the women who work in the library. They are warm, welcoming and helpful. This library has truly become my safe space. My kids and I love visiting! The library has a good selection for all ages and a nice area for kids to hang out. Their event calendar is jam-packed all month long with an activity for everyone.
Has by far been nothing been uplifting experience, just seeing happy families gravitating to this very humble and cozy library really does give such a different feel from the ones back home in Ontario.nnThis library has a wonderful and friendly set of staff who are more than happy to assist with a smile and an upbeat attitude. The selections are just great, lots of history and love how myths and lores are in their proper section of fiction.nnI'm an avid forager and was pleased to see a quite a few books that are great as reference for holistic medicine and plant identification. The other thing I'd like to point out are these various skill kits, never seen it in my life and really does excite me to know that these exist.nnIf you are in the neighborhood to find a good read, learn a new skill or just looking to chat with some friendly librarians I strongly recommend.
An amazing place I love it here, I used to come ever day and print of stuff and I stop a little while ago but I miss talking to the people there cuz they are really friendly and respectful
it’s fine. but the staff aren’t as nice to the children, which who usually have to use the library as a pick up spot after school.
The library has a separate young children room, as well as another space for children. Some computers for internet and kind/helpful staff.
