Terrible experience - After consulting with Richard about doing my 2015 taxes and providing all the information he requested he simply neglected to file them or ever contact me. Months later after not receiving any news I called and he plainly told me he simply didn't do the job I had trusted him to do. When I asked why he didn't at least contact me to advise me that he wouldn't be filing the taxes he agreed to, he inexplicably stated "my secretary had your number - I didn't". I was shocked. I cannot recommend against using Richard Fawthrope for your personal or small business taxes strongly enough. He has proven to me how poorly he treats new customers and how unprofessional an accountant he is.
