We went to fatburger today for the first time and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The two men who served us were very amazing and polite. The service can be improve by reducing wait times other than that it was a great experienceFood: 5/5
This was the most expensive fast food I've encountered. I want to put this in perspective. $30 for a takeout burger, sweet potato fries and milkshake is TWICE the amount charged by 2 nearby competitors. The burger was ok, but not particularly memorable. A canned mushroom is still a canned mushroom. Processed cheese is processed cheese. The dip for the yam fries seemed to be loaded with both sugar and some kind of gritty chipotle seasoning that was off-putting. The milkshake was lovely, and made with actual ice cream. This is something they are doing well. The server at the counter was pleasant, too. However...the option to leave a significant % gratuity completing payment using the debit terminal surprised me as much as the Fat Tip and Skinny tip jar on the counter. Maybe personable service would be worth more if I dined in, but I'm questioning the value. It was an average burger, not a striploin. For $30, I'll go find a steak next time.
Ordered take out. Took 25 minutes to get order. Not a problem. Arrive & they can’t find the order but eventually they do. Drive the 3 minutes home. Burger buns are soggy. Fries are lukewarm and onion rings are anemic. Received 13 wings instead of the tenders I ordered. This was 1st time ever having FatBurger so we ventured on. Fries were blah, curly-fries were decent but lukewarm, mistake BBQ wings were tasty but weren’t the tenders I ordered and then we had the burger. Soggy buns aside, the burgers were awesome! Called to tell restaurant about our experience & were told they would call back. Still waiting. Online ordering ask for gratuity. Tacky, but there is an option not to tip. My gratuity didn’t pay off. My advice? Order the Fatburgers but grab some McD’s fries and a drink on the way home. UPDATE: we received vouchers for the burgers. Months later, we cashed them in for burgers only and the burgers were fantastic - fresh, tasty. Will try again!
Burgers are awesome. Hardy, meaty, full of toppings. The staff is friendly. Fair price for kids meal, portions are decent size.. It replaced our old regular dinner spot Triple O's. Gluten free options are nice if you need that.Food: 5/5
I consider myself a bit of a burger connoisseur... And these burgers did not disappoint! I had the Hawaiian burger - burger, teriyaki, melty Swiss, grilled pineapple... It was delicious and so juicy! My bf had the chicken burger with Cajun seasoning and was raving about it. The curly fries are BOMB and they have really good seasonings you can add to the fries. I chose garlic pepper and the bf chose Cajun, both were fantastic. The staff were super friendly and helpful, our food was ready really quickly. And I love the cups, so cute! Pricing was about the same as Triple O's.
Burgers were great! But the onion rings were the worst I've ever had from a restaurant! Could only eat one when we got home with the take-out! Disgusting and ended up throwing them in the trash! My advice is they should probably taste their product!!Food: 2/5
Could use a bell at front counter so that when they are working in the back they know your ready to order. No onion rings for my ultimate BBQ burger or to have as a side. Shakes were excellent and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was also very clean. Enjoyable experience over all.
Their oreo milkshake and deep fried pickles are AMAZING! My burger was mixed up with my husband, but it still tasted great. He got the Double King burger and I got the King burger.Cashier was friendly! Will go back again for sure.
Delicious burger, like, very friggin good. Average fries. Only complaint is I wished the menu in the restaurant was easier to navigate and more simple on the eyes and brain cuz I didn't see they had a curly fry option before I placed my order. Will be going back. OftenFood: 5/5
I tried out fatburger and was very disappointed when it comes to hamburgers this is not the place to go if you want one. This place joins White Spot for a terrible hamburger. Definitely the flaour town train won't be stopping here. I am certain that I won't be back.Food: 2/5
