I've been coming to this Fatburger location for over 5 years now, and have traveled specifically to this one even though I have one closer to me. The service is always quite good, and the food is consistently delicious, made right, comes well presented and at a great price. We had breakfast this time and I will definitely have it again! Super well made with options for your breakfast order. The restaurant is consistently clean including bathrooms, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is always great. Lots of room to dine in, they have different seating options available for small groups, singles or couples. Kid friendly.
A-mazing burgers! Better than homemade, classic flavour combos, and the fries are quite good too! Took three teen boys there who all were very full by the end of the meal hard to accomplish and surprised by how good their burgers were first timers. The only downside is that a full meal there per person gets close to $20.
Came here on The Great Onion Ring Adventure with my bf. We travelled to 5 different fast food restaurants to compare the onion rings and crown a champion. Thanks to GMM and their onion ring comparison making us hungry Fatburger came in 2nd - the onions were a great size, breading was very crispy with a good crunch, and it had good flavour but - they had no seasoning at all. They were quite bland and definitely lost points for that. Also - my bf got a burger that I'm sure weighed 5lbs and he said was "incredible"
Quick and friendly service. I got a thick milkshake and a chicken tenders poutine, both were amazing.
MISLEADING ADVERTISING -- Great burgers - but terrible service. We went in for dinner, as we'd seen an ad in the local paper "mention this ad for 10% off today". We mentioned the ad, name of the paper, and were told "not this location" and were made to feel like we were making it up. We went home - pulled up the ad, and we were right! Called back and were told to come back for the 10% on our next order....nothing else. Would have expected a little more as this was misleading advertising - pulling us in and then not honoring the ad. Fatburger has just lost a regular customer.
Very unhappy. First of all, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, I think they forgot mine because I waited about 25 minutes. And they weren't even busy. Second, do they expect to examine my food before eating. Other than the service I was really enjoying my burger, then there it was. A blond hair was hanging out, so I went back. The manager was like, "Well you ate most of the burger, and refused to do anything about it. So I just shook my head and walked out. They are lucky that there is something wrong with my voice or I would have gave them a piece of my mind. My first experience there was better. I will probably never go back there again.
Five star due to the best customer service by Natalie! She was friendly, courteous and have a customer centric approach For pricing i would rate 4 stars!Food: 4/5
Very nice location and great quality as always. This last time we visited the team was not in the best of moods and didn't even do their famous "fat tip!" After tipping them, and were just very dry on their kindness. I suppose it was only a bad day.. hopefully they'll be better next time
The food was good, however the girl working at the front counter was horrible. I asked if there milkshakes were gluten-free, due to my daughter having celiac disease. She proceeds to roll her eyes and say I don't know. Then she pulls out a book and looks in it for 5 seconds and says I can't find anything. She made my daughter feel like something was wrong and that she said something wrong. The customer service was completely uncalled for and completely brutal. First of all, you should never treat a customer the way we were treated today. Without customers there is no service and overall no jobs. We will never go here again due to this, I don't care how good the food is!!! Also, It doesn't matter where you work. You should always know the product you're selling!!
Ordered skip the dishes, Cajun fries cold and hardly seasoned , burger wasn’t half bad little soggy on the corner of the bun over all very expensive 62$ for 2 meals
