The guy behind the counter was great with friendliness & patients as we had yet to try this chain. We went with the Ultimate BBQ burger with curly fries with parmesan garlic seasoning & DBL king burger. The burgers were lightly flavourful but you get a fair bit of meat. The ultimate is really good and if your hungry the king will hit the spot. The fries were crispy but I guess we were expecting more. As other have raved in previous comments below. Curly fries were good with the Parmesan garlic seasoning worthy of a try. The milkshake were more like a shake NO thickness to them at all!! The Maui banana was spot on for flavour but the mocha Java the chocolate over power the coffee flavour, barley could taste it.
Nice little place to relax and eat. I took my daughter and her friend for dinner. Clean place with friendly staff and great food. We love their curly fries with Cajun seasoning the most. Hot and crispy, portion size was enough to feed two people. Their chocolate shake is heavenly. Food didn’t take long to get to our table. Overall experience was awesome. Didn’t get chance to try their burgers due to dietary restrictions.
Very fulfilling burger at a very reasonable cost. I’ve tried their chicken crisper and all dressed hot dog. The waiting time wasn’t long at all and the food was great. The restaurant has a nice cozy vibe to it. The girl on the counter was super nice too.
Absolutely fantastic food. It is very reasonably priced. The Cheese & Bacon Deluxe meal I got is the same price as a quarter pounder BLT from McDonald's, but 10x better. It does take a bit longer than the average fast food joint to make since it is a made-to-order concept. We got our order in 8 minutes, but to be fair they were very busy when we came in.
This is definitely the best Fatburger location I have ever been to. The attention to detail was there, and every surface was spotless. I've never seen a Fatburger have such a clean kitchen as the one at this location. The food was to die for, definitely a step above other locations in this franchise. It came quicker and hotter than I have experienced in Langley and Coquitlam. It is clear that the operator really cares about this location as it really does show.
Based on my visits to Fatburger Langley and Fatburger East Abbotsford, I have pretty high expectations of any Fatburger, especially considering the elevated prices. This is my first visit to this Fatburger and it does not measure up. It's understaffed and the staff are not trained in good customer service, as to basic politeness. They were out of romaine lettuce and at least 3 wings sauces. The soda machine's ice dispenser and water dispenser were broken. The syrup of the Coke Zero and the soda were both weak. The wings were tasty and well sauced, but just on the warm side of cold. The burger was fine, but not excellent. Lastly, maintenance of the furnishings is not at the level that one should expect of a Fatburger. Cracked and shredded upholstery in more than one booth and worn chairs. This shakes my confidence in the Fatburger chain as a whole. If there's no longer anything to differentiate it from the other chains, I may just opt to save my money.

Disappointing overall. $0.50 more than other locations we go to usually, per kids combo. Fries were under done and not hot. Kids burger patties are meant to be smaller of course but these barely covered half the bun. And to top it off it took longer than expected to pick up our mobile order. I'll stick to our regular Fatburger and seek out other fast food options if I'm in this area in future.
I had a hotdog Nathan's great hotdogs usually but it was so overcooked and rubber like the bun was dry and stale . I do not recommend trying one . I also bought a poutine as their fries are good so what could go wrong well the gravy is flavorless and it's tiny for the price . As for the staff they really don't want to be working they are not friendly in any way. Overall not a great fat burger location .
Generally we love Fatburger; we don’t eat it very often because well, let’s be honest, it’s a gigantic burger; this time not loving it so much. The burgers were soggy, the onion rings were soft and cold, they tried to serve the milk shakes without the whip cream and they were melted, soft and barely even cold. I expect things to be slightly less than fresh when you pre order for pick up but this was terrible. When you spend as much as you would for a real sit in restaurant burger, you expect the same quality. Very disappointed.
