Pretty BOMB. Saw the name, decided to stop. Glad I did! Wish we had sandwich shops like this in SD.
Now that I've tried it, I could kick myself for every time I've eaten fast food within a mile of this place. Extremely creative menu with interesting combinations of flavors. Menu has healthy items too salads, romaine wraps, etc. Will definitely be back. Also, a whole sandwich is ginormous. I could probably have stuck with the 1/2 sandwich combos and been perfectly full.
I've been to Fat Boy's Deli several times and always had a excellent sandwich. They have excellent customer service, willing to get what you need. Jimmy Johns can't compare to Fat Boy's. Jimmy Johns is like eating a vegetable sandwich not a sandwich with meat. Today they made a full sandwich for me even though I order a half which is plenty for me, he said if you can't eat the whole sand I'll wrap the other half to take home. If you never tried Fat Boy's I would not hesitate to try it.
I was in town for a few days visiting some friends and two of them could not say enough about the Cannoli Ice Cream Sandwich at this place so we decided to stop on by for some dessert after devouring some wings at my favorite spot. I can't say anything yet about the actual food they serve here, but the ice cream sandwich was amazing. I don't get a lot of cannolis where I live now so that's what initially drew me in. However, after taking a few bites and getting hit with some candied bacon kicks to my taste buds I knew this was the real deal. I think this just became my go-to dessert spot whenever I'm in town. Next time I'll probably try the food too because it looked pretty tasty.
Hello, I am the owner of Gentlemen's Corner Barber Shop. We take lunch very serious. We ordered on Wednesday and it was so good we ordered again today Friday. The shop got busy so we called to ask for delivery. It seemed like we just hung the the phone and our food was at the shop. Excellent sandwiches fantastic service. All the barbers at GCBS give you 5 stars. Thank you for keeping us fed.
Went in only one customer seated. Man on phone, woman smoking in parking lot. Woman comes in after 5 minutes and gets on phone, man stands behind her. Gave up and left. Obviously they were too busy for our business.
Thought the sandwiches were a little pricey at first, but once you get them you are like nuhhh uh, these are totally worth it. They are so big, I only need to order half of one. The street glider turkey bacon is the bomb. Wow, best turkey ever.
The food was excellent. Everything was made fresh for the hot sandwich that my wife got. Only had one guy working so, it took a while to get our food.
I love this place. Great privately, locally owned sandwich shop. Meats and cheeses are much better than anything you'll get at a chain sub shop. Highly recommend
