Went for lunch on Valentines Day. Ordered the mix grill, seared foie gras and sourdough, crunchy squid and the delicata squash.nOur service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive.nEverything we ordered was cooked to perfection and flavourful.nBest dish: the delicata squash. It was divine and really stood out.nWould definitely return and would try a hamburger and more veggie dishes.
We popped into fat rabbit for an afternoon late lunch. Thinking daytime menu would be shorter and simpler, but was totally surprised to the upside. The starter foir gras was a big hit. Smooth with in season jam layered on top, and comes with crispy sourdough toast. It was gone before i thought about taking a picture. I got rabbit in red wine sauce for main and finished with toffee pudding, which is warm and heavenly. Have to mention their cocktail Irish Rabbit was good to pair with the warm toffee pudding. Will definitely go back and try their steak. Go bunny go!
Best bites I’ve ever had. Beef Tartare and Burger are out of this world. For those two alone we have to come back. Rib steak also a 10/10.nAshley was looking after us and was so kind, helpful, professional and pleasant.nThere was a card thanking us for coming to celebrate with them that was a really nice touch also.nSticky toffee pudding for dessert…we heard all about it…didn’t do it justice. You just have to try it yourself. There are no words.nThank you Ashley and Fat Rabbit team!!!
Had a fantastic time and meal at Fat Rabbit. Our server Mark was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly welcoming.nnThe food was served as described, cooked to perfection and the restaurant itself was creative and fun.nnIt’s literally a butcher shop by day and restaurant by night.nnI sincerely hope they can grow this concept more, definitely limited seating and reservations required.nnThanks to all the staff there was a lot! for being attentive and helpful.
We had been eyeing this restaurant for a while, always noticing how many people were dining there. When we learned it was Michelin-listed, one of our foodie friends made a reservation for all of us to go together. The atmosphere was wonderful, and although the dining area isn’t large, it felt cozy and perfect for enjoying the food and service.nnWe loved how high their standards are for ingredients. Even with our group’s different tastes, every dish was beautifully prepared and easy to enjoy. The juicy, perfectly cooked steak, the fresh and refreshing appetizers, salads, and side vegetables were so well balanced. The seafood was sweet and tender, and the bright, flavourful sauces really stood out. The two desserts at the end were the perfect finish—absolutely delicious.
