A massive menu, decent quality and always hits the spot. This is our go-to takeaway of choice when we don’t fancy cooking. The milkshakes are delicious! The delivery fee is a little high but it’s very convenient.
Genuinely hilarious operation. Waiting for the items i ordered and witnessed a street fight between 2 delivery drivers. No idea what the outcome was but 5/5 entertainment while i was waiting for my order to get served up. Never felt threatened, and the food I got seemed boom. Love it!
Very disappointing experience. My husband and I ordered this evening a rap with a side of wedges and a jacket potato. An hour and a half later when the order didn’t arrive we gave them a call to be put on hold for 20 mins because their order hasn’t even been put through even tho the money came out. After long negotiations the order was delivered by a rude person asking for proof over proof even if we had receipts, email confirmation and other proof. We paid for a side order of potatoes that they didn’t even deliver, a rap and a jacket potato with the wrong toppings. 2 hours later and our order is incomplete. Thank you fat jacks
Amazing food and cheap! I arrived an hour early by mistake and they went out of their way to make my order in under 10 minutes. I would really recommend going there!
I usually get a donner or fried chicken which would warrant a 4 as they're usually perfectly acceptable. Tonight I thought I'd push the boat out and treat myself to a shish for which I'd only go 2, hence the 3 rating The shish lamb didn't taste like it had been freshly cooked, despite the wait. It was very tough and chewy and a couple of pieces were pure gristle. Most got thrown away. In future, I'll stick to Donner's or fried chicken.

Food is amazing very prompt. When delivered the food was hot. Really good customer service also delivered with a smile. Best chicken by far.
Got 2 burger meals. 1 1/4 with cheese and salad.....salad was a little wet but nothing I couldn't handle. 2 veggy burger with lettuce enjoyed very much absolutely love this brand of veggy burger. Chips are all lovely and fine...could be a little crisper for me Always happy with the cold drinks Ordered through there website which is easy to use and got it all delivered in brilliant time. Tasty food for the family. Will order again.
The double and the jing chicken burger. OmG id rate better than the kfc fillet and the king Tripple is probably cheaper than the KFC fillet as there prices seemed to have rocketed. Well done fatjacks. Value for money there.Food: 5/5
