It was very satisfying experience with Fastsigns Dufferin. The owner, Philip has lots of knowledge with over 30 years experience in this field. He suggested great and effective advertising solutions and responsive during the whole process. Also, installation team was great to finish actual work on time!

Terrible customer service. I waited 2 months and they hadn't even started, then waited another month and they STILL hadn't begun.

We ordered A-frame and a large outdoor poster for our business with FastSigns last week. The owner helped us determine what material each work suits the best, helping us out from start to finish! I am extremely happy with the customer service and hard work put into my signs. I received a response the same day as I requested. I sent in a design from scratch and they were able to create my exact vision. They took the time to make sure I was happy with every detail. The price is reasonable for the work that they do and I would recommend this company to anybody.

Friendly service, concise information, and the banner I ordered arrived in time with no surprise additional fee. Pick up was quick and easy, with Philip, the owner's detailed explanation on how to install the banner and how to maintain it properly for long term use. Phil is extremely personable and likable. He’s got great people skills. His suggestions are valuable and he takes into account everyone’s financial considerations. He’s a Pleasure to work with. We had some troubles with the signage and he promptly helps sort them and address them timely.
