Fastfrate

First time using fastfrate. Needed to get a machine to Winnipeg urgently. Waited around all Friday afternoon for no one to show up. Dispatch took until after 6PM Friday to tell me no one would be able to come anymore, delaying the shipment a day. They said they would pickup Saturday, waited around and again no show. I now won't even trust them with my shipment after reading other reviews. I suggest not using this service if you care whether it gets somewhere on time, or at all.

I used Fastfrate a few times to send freight across Canada with no problems, but lately they have proven themselves to be completely incompetent. They've screwed me three times in the past six weeks: lost a shipment (turns out it had been sitting on their docks all along - for a week); failed to pick a shipment up after missing it one day and rebooking for the next day but still didn't show up (I ended up using another carrier); and just now I have been told that they've lost another large shipment. Wow. Not sure what has changed with Fastfrate recently, but it's certainly not for the better.
