It wasn't the first time being here, but always fun! Great service from the staff and so helpful as it was my youngests first time, and he was super nervous. My oldest always loves coming and has so much fun, and it's great pricing as well.
Go cart indoor cured my need for speed. Maybe I do need the rush to get back into things.nHad great fun open until midnight. The carts and track was great as well as last minute drop in the staff very accommodating, except there might have been a dud with one cart.
Everything was amazing until the guy on the right came out of no where and started swearing at me in Punjabi terrible experience won’t be coming here again I should’ve just waited for speeders Richmond. I don’t know who he thinks he is the manager needs to fire him asap. He is completely mean and doesn’t care for the other kids go karting. Manager please fire him ASAP. The guy with the glasses was amazing give that man a raise!
Had an incredible time at indoor go-karting! The experience was so much fun and packed with thrills from start to finish. The staffs were friendly and welcoming .
Reservation is useless... you still have to wait 20-30 mins than your reserved timen- they will put other groups ahead of you if it's birthday party groups. - not fair :nnI arrive 1 hour before my reservation to check out the place for my son's upcoming birthday party. Of course, we did the waiver and watch safety video wayyy before our reserved time.nWe even arrived at the track 10 mins early to see check out the kids track and put our helmets. We patiently waited for our reseved time but other groups are going in so my husband asked when is our turn but the staff told us there are 2 groups ahead of us which will take about 15 mins. We understand sometimes things get delayed. So we said okay. And then about 10 mins later, the staff told me i did not ask him but he asked my name again and..told me that we have to wait another 15 mins from now!nThat is when I was upset. They had to put other groups ahead of us because it was for the birthday party. - but then found out that all those groups ahead of us were all birthday party groupsnnKids were excited to try the karting but didn't like it because they had to wait very long...nnWas thinking of doing birthday party but no go.. and probably will not suitable for birthday even though the prcie point is on cheaper side.. They are not organized and smells bad rubber and the place is not clean. I think it will be so hectic for the birthday mom / dad too
