Farwell is a great company with a great staff! They communicate well and are very knowledgeable. The staff is polite, professional, a joy to work with, and do fantastic work. I've had a great experience working with Farwell, and definitely recommend them to all!

I honestly do not understand the poor reviews. The company returned my calls promptly and seemed very knowledgeable about pools in general. The salesgirl in particular was quite friendly and helpful and connected me with a gentleman that really understood both filters and motors. He spent about ten minutes on the phone with me and provided me with a ton of information despite the fact that I was not a current customer of his. Overall, great experience working with this company.

So I have had a pool now for a 2nd summer so I'm a newbie. The first company I called was zero help. Farwell was difficult to get ahold of but once I did things went pretty smooth. If you call Farwell I recommend asking for Nick. He is super knowledgeable, polite, on time and goes above and beyond what I would expect. He was out in the dark fixing a problem before a holiday weekend so my son could play in the pool. He will be the only one from here on out to service my pool. Thank you Nick for all your help

This company is unreliable and will not return customer calls. We hired Farwell to convert our pool to a salt water pool and open it for the summer. They came late in the day on the day they were scheduled to do the work. They installed the equipment but said the pool wasn't filling up fast enough so couldn't finish the job. Left. Didn't say when they were coming back, and would not return multiple calls to them about when they were planning to return to get the pool open.The receptionist was of no assistance, and seemed completely disinterested in helping us. After several days of no contact, we called another pool company, and found someone to come out that same day to finish opening the pool. Needless to say, that pool company has my business. I have since read the reviews about Farwell not finishing work and refusing to respond or reply to customers. I wish I had read them before this bad experience. AND about a week later, the equipment that Farwell installed started leaking. We called Farwell immediately and left a message. Not surprisingly, no one from Farwell has called us back.
