We have be long time patrons here,Since the new owners ship food quality has drastically decreased. Pork bit wasn’t cooked enough completely raw side and the pizza was supposed to be the carnivore with very little meats in it and the quality of the ingredients was terrible we end up eating one piece and throw the rest very disappointing.
A classic pub with some crispy fries. Had the chicken club which had all the classic ingredients and tasted quite fresh. Would recommend.
Recently stopped by for dinner here after telling some family members that I had eaten here in the past and it seemed quite decent. This time not so much. One member of our party ordered the chicken finger main dish and it showed up with two very small fingers of chicken and some fries. Certainly not with the price of $17. The rest of our meals were okay but nothing special. We had to ask to be brought any condiments. I recollect this place being better in the past
Awful!!! All the mains were crossed off menu. Fish and chips were crossed out on one menu and not the other. Steak sandwich was crossed out but apparently available. No soup of the day as advertised. We had a drink a double ceasar 2oz was $13 lol. Never ended up eating as server did NOT come back to take our order! We left and went to Subway. NEVER AGAIN. Dont waste you time here. Apparently new owners well they better get their business together or CLOSE.
I met the new owner other day I can tell he is the down to earth guy. He is working very hard to keep this bar's standard high. Some stubborn locals have problem.I can see in the past comments. If you don't like it go somewhere else. Anyways, I can still say the Best Neighborhood Pub in Fairmont Hotsprings Cherrs Guys!!
Only one person to serve and there was a big table plus several others but he took our order and the food came fairly quickly. Food was tasty.
The first impression is that the place has decor that is sparse with dated furniture, which is noticeable in its large spacious seating area. But we came for the food. So after adjusting to the resort zone sticker pricing we were very please with Fireside Pizza. Tasty with a look of coming out of a fire oven. Loved it. Draft beers on tap are for minimalist who enjoys lighter non-craft. The house white did taste fine. It's a roomy clean place that offers a broad list of menu items in a bare bone, very well lite setting.
Super good food and large portions for the price. Would be 5 stars if they had more staff. They had one waitress who was also the bartender and was also dealing with the takeout orders. She was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Hope she gets paid good.
Definitely went downhill from last year. Super small portions and quite expensive. $22 for liver and onions is outrageous
We’ve heard nothing but good things about this pub, service and good bar none excellent. We were eager to go for our first time. So busy there was a constant lineup out the door. With only two wait staff and full tables you’d expect issues but there were none. Everyone at our table, food was excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever had such good fries. So busy but we weren’t rushed out the door, amazing to experience that too.
