Unique work out program and pretty friendly environment but results aren't always as promised even with commitment. It's also fairly expensive.

This program is the best thing that has ever happened to me as far as fitness goes. I am in my mid 30's and am in the best shape of my life. The people are great and you get the results as promised as long as you put in the work and eat according to the nutrition plan. I have recommended this program to many people and would recommend it to anyone that is ready to make the commitment!!

I love Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping! The program is excellent and results are achievable if you stick to the program. Step into the place and SEE all the people who have had results. We stay because we know it works and because at Ferrell's Meinan Court you feel like a valued part of the community. The staff is positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. What a fantastic place to spend an hour a day getting healthier!

You get what you give. Your results will reflect the effort you put into the program, whether it's the cardio, strength training or the nutrition. Of course you must balance all three in order to get the great results that come from this program! I LOVE IT!
