Enjoying working on Farm Boy nI've worked at Farm Boy for almost three months now Meat Department. Excellent management, managers, supervisors, and staff members, as well as supportive workers, make this workplace wonderful. The management is very supportive and does many exciting events to motivate their staff appreciation cards, reward parties BBQ, and giving free food. Having a job at Farm Boy makes me feel like a member of a family extremely welcoming environment. If somebody is seeking for a healthy and entertaining place to work, Farm Boy would be the greatest choice
I drive semi,deliver there. It's a crossdock. Good service. Rarely see anyone, as the paperwork is left in the trailer. Tight,tight parking for 75 feet of truck and trailer
Bad management, middle management was too micromanagy, the demand was always more and more and if you were slacking or tired as a order picker, hell they come to you to report lack of productivity. You sign in to start a shift, and then sign in a scanner that is overseen by others to see your time of work>time out of the system. Always lacked machines for workers but wanted the work always done.nPerks: food may be made by kitchen to sample.nNegatives: lots of extra work, supervisors up your backside, HR doesn't really get back to you within a matter of 5-7 business days depending on your issue. OT is always there however trust me, you don't really want that, you rather live your life.
