I stayed in the Executive King room for my vacation, and it was an amazing experience! The room was very clean. Everything looked brand new. I got 3 nights for under 700$. With the Xmas gift card promotion.nnAll of the staff I encountered were lovely and very cheerful as well as helpful! I ordered room service a couple of times, and it was never over a 30-minute wait.nnChecking in was quick and easy. I arrived at 4 pm, and it only took 2 minutes. Checking out was done via the TV in my room, so there was no wait, check out time starts at 4 am.nnThe only thing I would complain about is the noisy kids, people were letting their kids run around in the hallways unsupervised so just be aware of that when booking, although that's not the hotels fault or responsibility it's on the neglectful parents.nnOverall had a great experience I would recommend it, especially if you can get a room via a promotion!
It's like a cruise ship - you park the car, come aboard with all the amenities, and don't have to go outside for 3 days. We go every spring break with the kids. They love the rooms, my wife loves the shopping, we all love the splash park and the dining options. Space room was lit except we were craving normal lighting after 3 nights haha.
My fiancé and I stayed in the Modern Polynesian theme room for one night to enjoy the amenities of west Edmonton mall and loved it! The room was very clean, the decor was very cool and unique, and it was a large space for 2 people. Our favourite part was the jacuzzi which worked perfectly. The light switches were hard to find but all worked except the reading light on the right side of the bed and the temperature controls were easy and quick responding. The room service options and hours were great, and the staff were all helpful and kind. Overall we have no complaints, will be back again for sure!
Gave 2 stars because Staff were excellent. Very welcoming,friendly and hospitable. If not 1 star. Unfortunately, There were only 2 elevators working during our visit and it took us from 20 minutes to half an hour just to go up or down to/from the room. It made our experience bad. The room is a bit rundown. We chose the truck theme room, it's a bit of a squeeze inside the room and doesn't feel the room is fresh and clean. The thermostat is outdated. It may also be time to upgrade their tv sets. I stayed in a hotel where you can connect/mirror on from your phone to the tv. We booked this room because of their promotion. You can get 2 complimenary tickets to the waterpark and buy 2 more with 40% off which is a good deal. The hotel is within the mall so it was very convenient. We will try to book to a different hotel next time which have more amenities and newer. I would not mind the quick drive as I did not felt comfortable and rested with our stay in our hotel. If the hotel can do some upgrades, This would be a great hotel.
Just stayed in a luxury space room with my family which was very expensive and there wasn’t much luxury involved. This was primarily due to the air conditioning not working and the room being 24 degrees C. I contacted maintenance who showed up and changed the filter, I explained there was more going on since no matter what I did with fan nothing changed, but he basically argued with me and said it would be fine. An hour later the temperature was unchanged, but now my kids were all exhausted from a long day and sleeping. We had a very hot and uncomfortable sleep. The next day at checkout when I reported it the front desk seemed more concerned that I had opened the window to attempt to cool the room down which did nothing than the fact we had a terrible experience because of this.
